She brings six years in legal recruitment, alongside experience as a lawyer, legal interim manager and in-house counsel. Her conversations focus on the substance of the role: what the team needs, the business context and what matters to the candidate. 

Flexible and vibrant, Stéphanie brings a thorough, pragmatic and hands-on approach to each mission and search. 

She holds a Master’s in Law from the University of Antwerp and completed further training in mediation and negotiation there.
