We organise interviews and manage follow-up discussions throughout the process. It is often easier to share certain considerations with an intermediary than directly with the other party. We therefore act as a facilitator, helping both sides understand the factors that support or hinder progress in the recruitment process. We also assist with salary negotiations and provide guidance on career development and future opportunities. Proactive Approach The same philosophy applies to proactive introductions. We present your profile anonymously to our network. With your consent, your profile may also be published anonymously on our website, based on your expertise, experience, and objective criteria.

Why not apply directly?
