You will join a dynamic and experienced team of highly skilled lawyers working on various types of corporate matters across the wide spectrum of corporate work.
Being part of this team, you will work on high profile domestic and cross-border cases providing legal service of the highest quality in relation to M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital deals, restructurings, shareholders and governance matters, manpack structuration, etc.

Your profile
Belgian Master of LawsFrom 2 to 5 yearsCorporate & M&A focusDutch / French + English

Belgian Law degree with an excellent academic record. An LL.M. from a US / UK university is a plus;

From 2 to 5 years of experience as a Corporate and M&A lawyer obtained in a top tier law firm;
-
Passion about Corporate law matters, merges and acquisitions in all their aspects;
-
Native Dutch or French speaker, with an excellent command of English. Good knowledge of French or Dutch (respectively) is an asset;

Team player eager to work in a professional and stimulating atmosphere among a highly qualified team where the group atmosphere is key;

Excellent research, drafting and legal skills;

Client-oriented and have a hands-on mindset.
