(Future) Partner Real Estate

An international law firm with a strong presence in Brussels is looking to strengthen its Real Estate practice. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious or undervalued lawyer to step up as Partner (or Partner Track), build their own practice, and contribute to the firm’s growth story within a global platform.

As a Partner (or Partner Track) in the Real Estate practice, you will:

• Advise clients on a wide range of Real Estate matters, including transactions, leasing, development projects and/or real estate finance.

• Build and grow your own practice, supported by the firm’s international platform and extensive client network.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across jurisdictions on cross-border matters.

• Play an active role in the strategic growth of the Brussels office and the wider Real Estate team.

• Qualified lawyer with 10+ years of experience in Real Estate law, gained at a reputable law firm.
• Solid track record in transactions, leasing, development projects and/or real estate finance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, client-focused, and motivated to contribute to the firm’s growth.
• Fluent in English, with an excellent command of Dutch and/or French.
• Either already a Partner, or ready to step up to Partner level (proven portable business).
