Mid-to-Senior Associate Corporate and M&A

As a member of the Corporate & M&A team, you will advise and guide companies from start-ups to scale-ups in a pragmatic way that directly impacts their business.

You will primarily be engaged in structuring, drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate and corporate investment matters, such as mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations and venture capital transactions.

• Master of Laws degree with an excellent academic record obtained in Belgium. An LL.M. is a plus;

• At least 3 years of experience as a Corporate and M&A lawyer obtained in renown Belgian or international law firm and solid expertise in transactional matters, M&A and Venture Capital;

• Excellent command in Dutch and English. Fluency in other languages is an advantage;

• Outstanding contract drafting and negotiation skills;

• Keen interest in highly stimulating emerging, technology & innovative sectors.
