About Ségolène

Ségolène Geeraert is Recruitment Director at Steve Skills and the right hand of Bernard Van Steenberge. She focuses on senior and executive hiring within legal, from General Counsels and Heads of Legal to partners within law firms. In a few years, Ségolène has grown into a key figure in strategic legal recruitment in the BeLux region. She also manages our legal teams and plays a key role in the further development of Steve Skills.

Ségolène obtained a Master's degree in Law at KU Leuven, an LL.M. in Comparative & International Dispute Resolution at Queen Mary University of London, and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Law at KU Leuven. Before her transition to recruitment, she was a lawyer for five years at the French-speaking bar of Brussels, active in commercial and real estate law.

Today she combines that legal background with more than five years of experience in legal recruitment. She is appreciated for her clear communication, down-to-earth style, and ability to resolve complex cases.
