Being part of the employment team, you will work on a wide spectrum of challenging Employment and Labor Law cases providing legal service of the highest quality in relation to termination of individual employment contracts, Compensation & Benefits, corporate restructurings (including collective dismissals), plant closure, transfer of undertaking, etc., employment-related litigation, Health & Safety, social audits, inspections and criminal investigations, social relations with trade unions, etc.

Besides advice, the Employment team also represents their clients' interests in the context of legal proceedings.

Your practice area has both a national as international dimension providing you with the opportunity to work for a varied and prominent clientele.

• You have ideally 2 to 5 years’ experience as an Employment Lawyer in a business law firm or in a niche law firm.
• You have obtained a Belgian Law degree (with an excellent academic record). An additional Master’s in Social Law is a plus.
• You are a native Dutch speaker, with an excellent command of English and a good command of French.
• You are a true team player and value your clients and team members.
• You are passionate about labor and employment law.
• You are eager to work in a professional and stimulating atmosphere among a highly qualified team where the group atmosphere is key.
• You have excellent research, drafting and legal skills.
