Being part of the employment team, you will work on a wide spectrum of challenging Employment and Labor Law cases providing legal service of the highest quality in relation to termination of individual employment contracts, Compensation & Benefits, corporate restructurings (including collective dismissals), plant closure, transfer of undertaking, etc., employment-related litigation, Health & Safety, social audits, inspections and criminal investigations, social relations with trade unions, etc.
Besides advice, the Employment team also represents their clients' interests in the context of legal proceedings.
