As a member of the employment law team you will be dealing with employment law in the broadest sense, handeling interesting and complex legal issues both on an advisory and a litigation level. The employment practice is a mature and well established department that functions autonomously from the corporate practice of the firm.
You will be providing legal service of highest quality for high-profile Belgian and multinational clients in relation to employment conditions and remuneration policies, dismissal law, reorganisations, labor disputes, employee participation, etc.

Votre profil
Belgian Master of LawsSpecialised in Employment lawMin. 3 up to 6 years exp.Dutch / French + English
- You have obtained a Belgian Master in Law, with excellent grades at university
- You have ideally 3 up to 6 years of experience as an employment lawyer in a renowned law firm
- You are passionate about employment law in the broadest sense and have experience in both advisory and litigation work
- You have a native level of Dutch or French and excellent level of English
- You are eager to work in a proactive and stimulating environment
- You are highly motivated to be a part of a hands-on & entrepreneurial team with in-dept legal expertise
- You have strong analytical and interpersonal skills
