Senior IP Associate (NL) - Top Tier 1 Law firm

You will join a highly regarded IP team, which advises some of the most innovative companies on strategic Intellectual Property matters across a wide range of industries.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on a broad spectrum of Intellectual Property matters.
• Handling both advisory and litigation work.
• Working across both Soft IP and Hard IP matters.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on innovation, technology and data-related projects.
• Building long-term relationships with Belgian and international clients.
• Contributing to the continued growth of a leading IP practice.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law.
• Experience gained within a leading national or international law firm.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Strong expertise in either Soft IP or Hard IP; experience in both is highly desirable.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with at least a passive knowledge of French.
