Associate Law & Technology

As a member of our client's team, you will be advising and assisting clients mostly in the ICT sector on a wide range of digital and technology matters.

You will be responsible for legal support of IP deals and e-commerce activities, including structuring of the transactions and monetisation schemes, drafting and negotiating all relevant civil agreements (licences, co-development agreements, service and distribution contracts etc), creating partnership models. You will also participate in legal support of the development of new technologies.

• Belgian Master’s degree in law with excellent academic record. ICT or technology related LL.M. is an advantage;

• From 3 to 5 years of experience with focus on IP, ICT and e-commerce;

• Experience in IP transactions is a plus;

• Genuine broad interest in technology and its legal aspects is a must;

• Fluency in Dutch and English;

• Excellent legal and interpersonal skills;

• Proactive, pragmatic and problem-solving attitude.
